REFUNDS, RETURNS, AND EXCHANGES

You can initiate your return for your full price CoolGirl order for a full refund within 7 business days of receiving your purchase. (You may not return custom items.)

  • Items must be returned in the unworn original condition with tags still attached
  • Items with stains, makeup marks, perfume, smells, or marks will not be eligible for returns
  • Items must be returned in the original packaging
  • Purchases made using a promotional discount code are eligible for return unless they are marked final sale 

You must initiate your return within 7 business days of receiving your order and we must receive your return within 14 business days of the return initiation if your are in the United States and 30 business days if you are international. 

Please Note

  • Sale items (non-promotional) cannot be returned 
  • Buyer must pay for return shipping on orders you just change your mind about 

Once we receive your return

We will refund your order within 2-5 business days. Allow 2-6 business days for the refund to appear in your account. 

Exchange Policy

We offer exchanges if your item arrived damages or broken as well as if you would like to exchange for a different size or color. 

Return To Sender

In the case of an address being entered incorrectly by the customer or the customer didn't pick up the package from the post office in time the order will be returned to us. The buyer must pay for re-shipping the items and a refund may not be issued in this case. 

Incorrect Items

In the rare case that we send the wrong item. Send us a photo to our email coolgirlclothesco@gmail.com of the wrong item we sent and we will send the correct item immediately as well as pay for the return shipping. 

Damaged Items (Including Sale Items)

In the rare case that you receive a damaged item then send us a photo via our email coolgirlclothesco@gmail.com right away. If you receive a damaged item or an item that becomes damaged with minor use we will cover the cost of return postage and pay to replace or fix the damaged item. If we are unable to offer each of those options then we will refund the item. We cannot replace an item that was obviously misused or is worn due to general ware and tear over time.
